  1. Standard Qualification for Back Office:

    1.1 System Engineer Qualifications: 
  • Male
  • Age not over 35 year
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or any related disciplines                    
  • At least 2 Years Experience in IT Help desk /IT support or IT Service field
  • Windows support experience is a must
  • Competent in using computers (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, E-mail, & other)
  • Good Logic Algorithm is Must
  • Maintaining system software and troubleshooting
  • Good command in both Spoken and Written English
  • Self motivation ,Service mind , Patient and Good Communication
  • Ability to onside and work in difference location as assigned
  • Available for shift work , weekends or holidays as necessary
  • Experience in basic Operating System and Network architecture will preferable

       1.2 Help Desk Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Age not over 35 year
